Legal PR | Professional services
RTS Media's legal PR advisers have represented law firms, barristers and sole practitioners since 2005. With extensive experience in legal PR and marketing we help our clients showcase their expertise and increase visibility in core markets.
Our clients have told us that receiving a consistently high quality service from a team of experienced PR professionals is of the highest importance. They want to know that their reputation and that of their clients is in safe hands; not simply passed down the ranks to the account executives and other juniors. That is why RTS Media provides a senior level guarantee: All work is carried out by experienced media advisors only.
On behalf of legal clients we regularly place national stories while managing the release of important news such as turnover, new starters, case wins, charity initiatives, panel appointments, award successes and more. In addition we frequently secure comment and article opportunities in the legal, regional and national media on, for example, employment, property, corporate, family, public sector, personal injury, sports, planning, media and corporate risk issues.
In addition we are currently advising a number of law firms on their social media and networking strategies – helping them create and manage an online presence.
Other services for law firms include: media training, SEO workshops, publishing, social networking and award entries.
Social Media Legal Survey 2011
Law firms still view social media as one-way ‘announcement vehicles’ despite confirming that clients want a dialogue. RTS Media polled marketing managers at 50 UK law firms and found that 76% use social media although it remains widely banned in 45% of firms.

Legal Services Survey 2011
The Legal Services Act will very shortly establish an entirely new regulatory landscape, opening up new routes to market while allowing firms to accept outside investment for the first time in history. RTS Media's Legal Services Survey set out to determine the challenge ahead for established law firms: the results proved a valuable insight for law firms into the dynamics of consumer buying behaviour.
