RTS Media was formed in 2007 by financial journalist Ralph Savage. A broadcast journalism graduate from the University of Leeds, Ralph joined international publishing group Incisive Media in 1999, covering a wide variety of  financial markets both in print and on the web.

From 2004 to 2007 Ralph was news and online editor at Post Magazine, the market-leading insurance weekly. He was awarded journalist of the year in the general insurance trade category at the 2007 Headline Money Awards.
